My husband and I recently attended a 3-day couples’ retreat held in Boracay this October 2023. We had three free nights and four days before the retreat, so we decided to book a popular hotel we hadn’t tried before. We later transferred to another hotel where the retreat would be held. After the retreat, we proceeded to Hue Hotels & Resorts Boracay to spend our remaining two nights and three days.

The hotel’s cozy atmosphere has always added an extra layer of charm to our stay. With warm and inviting décor, it feels like a comforting home away from home. Whether you’re lounging in your room or on their outdoor canopy beds, sipping a drink at the pool bar, or enjoying a meal at LA-UD Restaurant, the cozy ambiance envelops you, making your Boracay experience even more intimate and relaxing. The hotel is located a few minutes away from the white beach, so the location has never been an issue for us when it comes to taking walks on the island. Additionally, there is a 7-Eleven convenience store just across the street.

Luxurious Comfort

The hotel offers world-class amenities and service, from cozy rooms with modern conveniences to a swimming pool and pool bar, as well as a gym that helps you stay in top shape while on the island. We were definitely pampered during our stay.

Culinary Delights

The dining experience at the hotel is a gastronomic adventure, especially during breakfast. They offer a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes, making it impossible to sample everything in just one plate. The breakfast buffet was always something we would look forward to. We would always have happy and feel-good mornings because of their breakfast scene. Additionally, the great selection of music sets a positive tone for the day, leaving us fully recharged with good vibes.

Activities Galore

Whether you’re into swimming, simply lounging by the pool, or playing table football and chess (they have a giant chessboard), Hue Hotels & Resorts Boracay has it all. You won’t run out of things to do during your stay. Last year, I enjoyed working out at their gym overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, on my last visit, I couldn’t use my rubber shoes and gym outfits because their gym was closed. However, they were considerate enough to take you to another hotel with free access to their gym facilities and provide transportation for your convenience.

Warm Hospitality

The staff at Hue consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Their friendly and helpful attitude creates a home-away-from-home atmosphere. We’ve even come to have our favorites among them. Our first encounter with some of these staff members last year left such a remarkable impression that I told my husband we needed to take pictures with them during this visit. To our delight, these staff members recognized us instantly, making us feel like we were reuniting with long-lost friends, and that we were home again. Shoutout to kuya Jeff and kuya Wil from the restaurant and kuya James, their lifeguard.

I’ve always believed that an employer can pay people to work for them, but true passion for the job can never be bought. One of the reasons why our stay at Hue remains so special is the dedication and passion of these staff members who make our lives comfortable and stress-free during our stay.

Hue Hotels & Resorts Boracay stands out due to its incredible location, luxurious amenities, delectable cuisine, a wide range of activities and most importantly, the staff’s warm hospitality. It’s the complete package for a memorable island getaway.
