So my husband lost his phone while on a layover here last November 2022. He only got to notice when we were already on the plane for our next connecting flight. We couldn’t get off to search for it as the plane was about to take off. We flew for another 5 hours until we arrived to our destination.

As we approached the AirAsia FA to ask for the lost and found details, the process etc, she asked us what the color and the model of the phone was and what the wallpaper was. We were relieved to find out that the FA had it all along. A passenger found it in a toilet cubicle and gave it to her.

You know that one answer that helped her identify that the phone was really his? The wallpaper that my brother created a couple of years ago as a tribute to our angel baby was his current wallpaper and it had our baby’s nickname. So we both answered, “Little Kobe”.

The FA was able to see the wallpaper before the phone died.
